1. Acceptance
By using Slipstream OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Slipstream OS is a private executive operating system that helps CEOs and their leadership teams run weekly check-ins, capture priorities and KPIs, and generate weekly briefs. The Service includes a web application and a weekly Friday SMS check-in.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are created for CEOs and the leadership team members they invite. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. SMS check-in program
- You will only be enrolled in the SMS check-in program after providing verbal consent to your CEO or to a Slipstream OS administrator.
- Message frequency is approximately one outbound message per recipient per week, with short reply threads on Fridays.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@slipstreamos.com.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS content with third parties for marketing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (check-ins, priorities, KPI results, replies). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your CEO.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Slipstream OS is a coaching and operating tool, not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipstream OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
